They had some excellent items on the buffet. I can't seem to be able to find your e-mail, so I thought I would sent this post.

One was a marinated chicken wrapped in bacon and then smoked on a cajun smoker (blackened by the smoker). The marinade uses was simply Italian dressing. It was excellent.

The second notable item was flounder stuffed and wrapped with real crab inside and smoked.

Both items were on par with what one would find in the most exclusive restaurants.

Of course the Memphis Prize winning BBQ was another entree.Fred Deatonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07396722908961922023noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6712929356183792053.post-60247563786844171702009-04-10T16:34:00.000-07:002009-04-10T16:34:00.000-07:00Is it bad that I have not been there, and I live i...Is it bad that I have not been there, and I live in Seattle. eek!brandin + karihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01398645621540726831noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6712929356183792053.post-53468186944798671842009-04-10T14:17:00.000-07:002009-04-10T14:17:00.000-07:00Happy Easter!
